Q: Do you accept returns? What about exchanges?

A: Yes! All items bought at full price can be returned or exchanged for 30 days after purchase, but please keep in mind that the buyer must pay for return shipping. Get in touch with us at support@stoneandoak.com with your issue and we promise to resolve it and put a smile on your face!

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Absolutely, we do. Please use our shipping calculator during checkout to get an estimate to ship to your country.

US & International orders ship Mondays & Thursdays. Cutoff is 11:59pm the day prior.

Approximate shipping times:

US: 2 - 7 business days

Canada:  5-10 business days

International: 7 - 21 business days (depending on distance from the USA. Some countries may take slightly longer)

Q: How can I get in touch with you?

A: Please email us at support@stoneandoak.com with any concern you may have. We love receiving feedback!

Q: Your shirts are so soft! What material are they?

A: Our shirts are printed on a few different types of fabrics, but usually our softest is the 50/50 blend from American Apparel. It's like being wrapped in dreams!

Q: One of your items is sold out. What can I do?

A: Worry not! We try to restock our items as quickly as possible, but in the meantime make sure to click on the black "notify me" button on the product page of the item you're interested in. We'll send you an email when it comes in, plus a cool 10% off code for being so patient.

Q: Do you charge taxes?

A: As a Canadian company, we only charge taxes to Canadian customers. The rest of you lucky guys and gals are off the hook! One thing to note though, we are not responsible for any import taxes charged by your country of residence when you receive your item. Those fees are dictated by your government and are totally out of our control. US & Canadian customers do not pay import taxes since your order will ship from within the country.

A: Our store displays USD by default. We are a Canadian business, but 90% of our customers are in the US. This means a lot of our banking, routing, and mailing infrastructure is in USD, so we charge by USD to match those systems and simplify our accounting.

Q: What currency do you display?
